General Shipping Guidelines

Shipping is an important factor when it comes to online shopping. That’s why we’ve made it as easy as possible for you. We offer free Canada Post standard shipping on all orders over $50, before tax.
We also offer a variety of other express and alternative shipping methods to meet your needs.

FAQs

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Surrey, BC. This means, delivery times will vary across the country based on the shipping address.

When do you ship online orders?

All orders placed by 12PM PST Monday to Friday will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the time of purchase.

All orders placed after 12PM PST Friday will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the start of the following week.

All orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within 4-6 business days after the start of the next regular business day.

Please note, orders are not shipped on Weekends or Statutory Holidays.

* Black Friday and Holideals orders will experience shipping delays of up to 6-10 business days*

How do I track my order?

Once an order has shipped, we’ll send you an e-mail with your unique tracking number. Your tracking number has the most updated information regarding your shipment.

To view your tracking information, click the link in your shipping confirmation email. This will direct you to the carrier’s website where you’ll be able to track the progress of your shipment.

Please note, it can take up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for your tracking information to update.

Can I modify my shipping address?

When you submit your order, the shipping address you fill out at checkout is automatically printed on to a shipping label exactly as it was inputted. This means that we cannot modify your address.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before submitting your order as we can not make changes to your address after your order is confirmed.

Can I change the shipping method to in-store pick-up?

It is possible to update the shipping method to pick up your parcel in-store. To request the change, please email us at [email protected]

It’s important to note that we require 48h to have in-store pick-up orders ready.

Can I combine multiple orders I made?

Once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify it. This includes combining two separate orders placed under the same account. If you have placed multiple orders and incurred multiple shipping fees and your order is still in the Processing stage we may be able cancel the individual orders. At which point, you can place a new order with all the items under one transaction.

What shipping carriers do you work with?

We ship with Canada Post and Purolator.

All orders that select free standard shipping at checkout will be shipped with Canada Post.

If you prefer to receive your order quicker, select one of the Holiday Flat Rate shipping options at checkout.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Canada Post orders can be shipped to a valid Canadian P.O. Boxes.

Purolator orders can not be shipped to P.O. Boxes and require a valid Canadian shipping address.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

No, we do not currently ship outside Canada.
