Upper Deck Series 2 Raffle Information

Today, we’re launching our new 2023-24 Upper Deck Series 2 Hobby, Blaster box, and Tin Raffle. This is your chance to get your hands on some of the highly sought-after Series 2 products!

Due to popular demand, anyone interested in these items can now enter a raffle where the opportunity to purchase will be randomly selected.

Why are we doing a raffle?

• We want to ensure that all interested customers have an equal opportunity to purchase these high-demand releases.

• We aim to minimize the impact of bots and other malicious actors on our ability to distribute these products to genuine customers.

How do I enter the raffle?

2. The form should be filled out automatically on the raffle page once you log in. Add your address manually and click submit.

3. Congratulations, you’ve entered.

After Receiving Invoices:

All entrants will be given an equal chance of winning. Winners will be selected on Monday, March 11th, and an automated e-invoice will be sent by email for the items they have been selected for. You will have until Wednesday, March 13th at 11h59 PM PT to make the purchase. **Please note that we are NOT ABLE to re-activate any invoices after the Raffle’s deadline*. If there is an attempt to pay for an invoice after this time, the invoice will expire, and you will not be re-sent a replacement one.

 After you open the invoice link, the item will be added to your cart. Even if you close the invoice page, the item will remain in the cart, and you can still finish the transaction.

Before contacting us regarding your invoice or general raffle questions, we kindly request you to please read the FAQs below, as they represent common questions that our customers usually have.

1. I’m signed in to my account, but my First and Last names are missing from the necessary fields on the form.

If the form does not autofill your first and last name, please type in your first and last name before submitting the form.

 2. When I’m signed in to my account, I can’t access the raffle page.

It is recommended that you sign out of your account on all devices and browsers. Then, please clear your browser cache and use an incognito or private window to log in to your account. Alternatively, please use a different browser or device in private mode to enter the raffle.

3. Do I need to enter this raffle if I entered the previous raffle Zephyr had for the same products?

Yes. This is a completely NEW raffle. If you entered the raffle previously, you must enter again to have a chance to win in this new raffle.

4. Can I enter this raffle again if I won the previous pre-order raffle for Series 2?

Yes. If you won the chance to purchase the product in our previous raffle for Series 2, you are eligible to enter again for a new chance.

5. When I submit my raffle entry, the page says “Link Expired”. What do I do?

It is recommended that you sign out of your account on all devices and browsers. Then, please clear your browser cache and use an incognito or private window to try to log in. Alternatively, please use a different browser or device in private mode to enter the raffle.

6. I received multiple invoices, but not all of the products are appearing in my cart.

If you receive multiple invoices for this raffle, please do not open them at the same time. Open one invoice and complete payment. When payment is complete, you can open the next invoice and complete payment. If multiple invoices are open at the same time, you will lose access to any products from those additional invoices.

7. If I win the raffle, can I still buy in-store?

Yes, you can!

8. When I open my invoice, it says there is zero inventory.

If you see your invoice showing zero inventory, please wait 30 minutes before attempting re-payment.

9. Can you combine my raffle order with another order?

No, we are unable to combine any orders after they are placed on our website.

10. Do you ship outside of Canada?

No, we do not currently ship outside Canada.

11. Can I purchase multiple Series 2 boxes if I visit the store with my sponsor or child, or is it limited to one product per group?

Each person visiting the store, regardless of whether they are accompanied by a sponsor or child, is entitled to purchase one product. Therefore, if multiple individuals visit together, each person can buy one product.
