Waitlist

If an item is sold out, there will be a field on that product page that says Join Waitlist. You must sign in to your account in order to join the waitlist.  If you have any issues when attempting to join a waitlist, please send an email to: [email protected].

The Waitlist sends out a re-stock notification when any amount of inventory is added to a product page. This means that inventory could have been added due to a customer cancellation or refund, or for a major restock.

If you got the Waitlist email, and went to the website right away to find it sold out, the notification was most likely triggered by a customer cancellation so only 1 or so would be added.

If you were not able to purchase your item, then you can re-enter your email again to the Waitlist and you’ll be notified the next time it becomes available.

Not every item on our website with a Join Waitlist option will be restocked on our website right away. However, it is still a great way to stay in the loop in case any cancellations or returns come through.

Additionally, sometimes there will be months, and even years where an item is sold out,  but then we are able to re-stock it later on. If this is the case, we will email you anytime the item is available again online.

If you no longer want to be on the Waitlist you can remove yourself at anytime. Simply go to your account, and find the Your Waitlists section. This contains all the items you have on your Waitlist. Select “Remove from Waitlist” on any items you’re no longer interested in.

Highly popular products sell out very quick and the demand is extremely high right now for many items. Your best bet is to continue to watch out for the emails until you get lucky!
