General Return Policy Guidelines

We understand that people change their minds, which is why we have a flexible, free and easy return policy.

Returns made within 30 days of the order delivery date or purchase date will be refunded to the original form of payment upon inspection of the returned goods.

Returns will be accepted on unopened merchandise that is in it’s original condition.

Returns can be made at our retail store or online, the choice is yours!

Returns made after 30 days of the order delivery date will not be accepted.

How do I return an order placed online?

To make a return on an order you placed online please proceed with the following steps:

  • Check to see if your order qualifies for a return by reviewing the return policy listed above.
  • Email [email protected]
  • Include Return + your Order Number in the subject line
  • In the email, specify the items you wish to return and include a reason for the return

We will reply to your return request within 2 business days.

How do I return an order I placed in store?

To make a return on an order you placed in store please proceed with the following steps:

  • Check to see if your order qualifies for a return by reviewing the return policy listed above.
  • Bring your eligible items, your original receipt and the payment method you used to our retail store.
  • Items that are unused, unopened and in their original condition will be eligible for an on the spot return.

 

Can I return items purchased on the website at the retail store?

Items purchased online can be returned to the Retail Store only while a Manager is present to do so (times vary). We recommend calling ahead if you would like to return an item purchased from our website in-store.

Please note that returns made for online purchases can take 3-10 business days for the funds to appear back on your form of payment and that we do not provide store credit for returns.

Do I have to pay for the return label?

No. Once you notify our Customer Service team that you would like to return your items, you should receive a return shipping label completely free of charge.

Can I exchange my item for something else?

We do not have an exchange policy in store or online. If you would like to change any of the items you purchased, please follow the steps listed above for online or store returns. Once your order has been returned and refunded, you can proceed to place a new order for your preferred items.

Can I get a price adjustment for something that went on sale?

We offer a price drop guarantee on items that are reduced within 7 days of purchase.

If you would like to get a refund on your order please proceed with the following steps:

  • Email [email protected]
  • Include Price Drop + your Order Number in the subject line
  • In the email, specify the eligible price drop items

We will reply to your Price Drop request within 2 business days.

Price matches can only be applied while the sale is running. If the sale is over, we are unable to match the former sale price.
