Pre-Order Guidelines

Pre-ordering ensures that you secure the most in-demand products before the release date. This is a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out, and leave you hanging.  By placing your order ahead of time you can relax knowing your item is secured before it even hits store shelves. * While we aim to have pre-orders arrive on, or very close to the product release day, there is always the possibility of delayed shipments as well as other slowdowns. Zephyr Epic aims to get items to our customers as close as we possibly can to the official release day..

 

FAQs

When will I be charged for my pre-order?

Payment is required at the time of purchase. You will be charged immediately for any pre-order you make online, or in-store.

When will I receive my pre-order?

* While we aim to have pre-orders arrive on, or very close to the product release day, there is always the possibility of delayed shipments as well as other slowdowns. Zephyr Epic aims to get items to our customers as close as we possibly can to the official release day.

Our goal is for your order to arrive at your door as close to the release date as possible. Certain products, including hobby boxes, ship within 1 business day of the release, so depending on where you’re located you may receive your order 5-7 business days after the official release.

Please note we also offer in-store pickup on release day for all products at our Surrey location.

Will the items in my order that are not pre-order ship right away? 

If your order contains both pre-ordered and non pre-ordered products, the order will be sent in full once all products are available.  If you’d like to receive the available products immediately we recommend placing separate orders.

 

What happens if a release date is pushed back?

Occasionally a manufacturer may change the release date of a particular product.  If this happens you will receive an email notifying you of the new release date, however, no further action is required on your part.  If you need to make changes to your order such as delivery address, or if you would like to cancel your pre-order, please contact us at [email protected] with the subject line Pre-Order + Order Number.

Can I modify my pre-order?

Orders can be modified under certain circumstances, and if your order has not been processed for shipping

If you would like to modify your order’s contents, such as adding items to your order or removing items from your order, this is subject to the discretion of the Zephyr Customer Care Team.
