Of course, one of the best parts of collecting Pokémon cards are the full-art cards, and there are plenty in Prismatic Evolutions. Thirty-two special illustration rares, in fact, made up of both rare Pokémon ex and Supporter cards. The list includes Eevee ex and company, Gholdengo ex, Dragopult ex, Ogerpon ex’s four mask variations, and some of the Paradox Pokémon, like Raging Bolt, Sandy Shocks, Iron Hands, Iron Valiant, and Iron Crown. There are also twelve ultra rare full art Supporter cards in addition to the six special illustration cards.

For players of the Pokémon TCG, one standout card is Budew. A seemingly harmless Pokémon with just 30 HP and one attack that does just 10 damage, its attack also prevents your opponent from playing any Item cards on their next turn. Given how much the current game depends on the use of Item cards, expect to see plenty of Budews show up at your next tournament.

As mentioned earlier, this set is very much in high demand as collectors are flocking to stores to scoop up Eevee and its evolutions. The hype is so rabid that the Pokemon Company released a statement promising that reprints of Prismatic Evolutions are already in the works, so if you miss out now, don’t sweat it because there should be more on the way in the near future.

In Conclusion

Prismatic Evolutions is set to be one of the biggest Pokémon TCG releases in a while. Everybody loves Eevee and its multitude of evolutions, and with the introduction of their Stellar Tera versions to the game, the hype has been pushed into the stratosphere. Be sure to secure your Prismatic Evolutions products while supplies last!
