In a nod to the team’s inaugural 1979-1980 season, the Edmonton Oilers unveiled their Reverse Retro Alternate jerseys to be worn for designated rivalry games during the 2020-2021 season. Wearing these all white uniforms definitely bolstered the play of the Oilers and Connor McDavid as they went undefeated while skating in them with impressive wins over the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Vancouver Canucks, twice.
