All our shipments are shipped through Canada Post or Purolator.
Orders placed with a value over $500 are sometimes upgraded to Purolator shipping methods.
Because we ship with Canada Post and Purolator, we are unable to account for delays they experience due to inclimate weather, staffing shortages, or other delays. So while we ship your orders in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
We are now offering flat rate shipping for Ground, Express and Priority Orders through Canada Post and Purolator.

Please note, From November to December, shipping times will increase. Meaning, it is likely your order will ship 1-2 business days from when your purchase is made.
Standard & Express Shipping — Orders placed by 12PM PST Monday to Friday will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. All orders placed after 12PM PST Friday will be shipping the following week within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be processed the following week within 1-2 business days of the start of the week.
Priority Shipping — Orders placed by 12PM PST Monday to Friday will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase. All orders placed after 12PM PST Friday will be shipping the following week within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be processed the following week within 1-2 business days of the start of the week.
Once your order is processed and assigned a shipping label we are unable to cancel that order. Requests for cancellation will be processed as returns.

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. It takes 6-24 hours for tracking information to update.
To view your tracking information, click on the link in the email and it will direct you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment.
Please note, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. We do not permit safe dropping.
