General Pick-up Guidelines

In-Store Pickup allows you to place your order online and pick it up at our retail store! You can skip the shipping, and pick-up your items at a date and time that is convenient for you.

How do I place an order for in-store pickup?

If you want to pick-up your item in store, select the in store pick-up option at checkout. Select the quantity of the item you would like to purchase and add it to your cart. At checkout, select in store pick-up instead of shipping. Choose the date and time you would like to pick-up your order.

Once the details of your order have been confirmed, continue to payment through our online checkout.

How do I know when my order is ready for pickup?

Your order will be ready for pick-up on the date and time that you selected during checkout. Our staff require a minimum of 48 hours to prepare this order. Please note that even if you place your pick-up window for next day pick-up that it will not be ready until the following business day. If you need to reschedule your pick-up slot, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 604-547-0527 during our customer service hours.

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?

Please bring the order confirmation number you received via email, a cell phone, and your government issued photo ID.

Can someone pick up my order on my behalf?

You can definitely have another individual pick up your order. Make sure they have a copy of the invoice – you should have received it in your email. They should also be able to confirm your full name and address. This will allow our staff to double check the order at the time of pick-up.

How long will my order be held in the store?

Orders will be held for 30 days after the scheduled pick-up time. If orders are not picked up within 30 days we will issue a cancellation and your payment will be returned.

What happens if I'm unable to pick up the order within the pickup window?

Please email us at [email protected] or call us at 604-547-0527 during our customer service hours and we will help arrange pick-up for a different time.

When will I be charged?

Your card will be pre-authorized as soon as you place your order and then your card will be charged within 48 hours of placing your order online.

Can I make additional purchases when I arrive at the store?

Yes! Our store is open and you may shop at your convenience.

Can I pick up some items in my order and ship others to my house?

No. All items in your order must be picked up at the same time. If you would like some items shipped, please place two separate orders. We will not be able to adjust your order after it is submitted.
