Holiday Shipping Guidelines

We know how important it is to receive your online orders in time for the holiday season, which is why we do everything possible to ship your items asap.

If an order is placed before 12pm PST, we ship it the same day. If placed after 12pm PST, we ship the next business day. Once an order is shipped, we have little control over the actual delivery process. All our shipping is handled by Canada Post or Purolator, and as such, we are unable to account for delays they experience due to inclimate weather, staffing shortages, or other delays. So while we ship your orders in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee delivery times. 

For your convenience, we've prepared a shipping guideline for those wishing to receive their orders by December 25th. Please note this is just a guideline. Holiday Support Hours

We will be closed from Dec 23-27 and Dec 30 -Jan 2. We will reply to all inquiries in the order they were received from December 28-29 and then January 3rd onwards. 

  • Orders placed after 12pm PST on December 22nd will be shipped on December 27th. 
  • Orders placed after 12pm PST on December 29th will be shipped on January 3rd.

Customer Support hours on December 28-29 and January 3-5 are 11am-3pm PST (2pm-5pm EST).

Regular hours resume the week of January 8th.
